Synerlogic was founded by Randal Evans as the advisory platform for purpose-first organizational work. Every engagement begins the same way: a genuine conversation about what you’re trying to build and the conditions required to make it possible.

About Randy
Randal Evans founded Synerlogic to do one thing well: sit across from people navigating decisions that matter and hold the conversation open long enough for genuine clarity to emerge.
The work draws on twenty-five years across philanthropy, governance, organizational design, and law — but what clients describe is simpler than a credential list. They describe a conversation where the presenting question gave way to the real one. Where someone asked the uncomfortable thing that most needed asking. Where they left with greater ownership of their own situation and a clearer view of the people and structures around them.
Randal is an attorney, a Certified Advisor in Philanthropy, and the author of Our Shared Legacy: Relationship-Centered Charitable Giving, forthcoming 2026. He works with families, leaders, and organizations through Synerlogic, and provides legal counsel for charitable structures and nonprofit governance through Evans Law, PLC.
